INTRODUCTION
Myticket Ghana a subsidiary of THE ENOCKS HUB ENT. (herein reffered to “we”, “us”) is/are the owner of https://myticketghana.com, Myticket Ghana is a website for promoting public and privates events for individuals and event Event organiser, Bus or Flight companies, how ever, tickets for all sort of events and travels are sold by event organisers, Sports events, Bus companies, flight companies, including travel and tour agencies who subscribes to our services by allowing us to host and sell their events or travels tickets through our platform. However, anyone who purchases tickets from us on our platform agrees to abide by the following terms and condition.
Terms and conditions may vary from Event organisers, bus companies, flight companies and other Subscribers or users of platform etc., therefore we urge tickets holders to visit their respective websites to read more or know more about their terms and conditions.
The provisioning of these Ticketing Terms and conditions are for the benefit of our Subscribers or platform users or ticketing agents and Ticket Holders on our platform (Myticket Ghana).
These terms and conditions by Myticket Ghana are/is provided to reduce liability of Myticket Ghana and also obligates you to immune or Indemnify Myticket Ghana, therefore you should pay attention and acknowledge these terms and conditions carefully.

THE TICKETING TERMS
It is your responsibility to ensure that your Tickets are collected via email or delivered to you in person before the date of the event and also kept safe prior to the Event. Ticket Holders are to check their Tickets to verify the date and the time of the Event, and possibly, any rescheduled event. Event dates and times are subject to change. However, Myticket Ghana is not responsible or liable should your tickets be stolen, lost or damaged or failure to obtain your tickets on time. However, Ticket Holders should endeavor to check their email address used during the purchase of their tickets for updates on events from event organisers bus companies, flight companies and etc.
Tickets purchase from https://myticketghana.com gives Ticket Holders the right to entry or attendance of the particular Event to which the Ticket was bought. Ticket Holders has a right to a seat or standing place in relation to the event or stage, depending on corresponding value stated on the Ticket Holder’s Ticket.

BUYING FOR SOMEONE

When buying a ticket (s) for or on behalf of someone, make sure you have all the personal details required on the CHECKOUT page i.e. PHONE NUMBER,EMAIL ADDRESS, FULL NAME,VALID ID CARD and etc… since this will be used to generate a QR codes in a form of a receipt for all Ticket Holders, that/which will be scanned and verified before entry is allowed.

TICKET VALIDATION
You must produce a valid Ticket and a valid ID of any form i.e. (VOTER’s ID, NHIS CARD, SSNIT CARD, GHANA CARD, DRIVER’s LICENSE or PASSPORT) used during the purchase for inspection to gain entry to the venue. Event official may at any time ask you to produce that Ticket for inspection before, during or after the event, Failure to produce such ticket when asked or requested may result in you being ejected, removed or denied access to the event or venue.

TICKET VENDOR REGULATIONS
Our Subscribers,Platform users or Event Organiser, bus or flight companies etc. reserves the right to regulate the sale of tickets to a maximum number per person, per credit card and/or per household and also to cancel any tickets purchased in excess.

TICKET HOLDERS SNACK OR FOOD RIGHTS.
Ticket Holders do not have the right to any food or beverages (be it Water, soft drink or alcohol), or any form of or merchandise, transport to the Venue, or parking at the Venue, unless otherwise stated. Ticket Holders may use other service providers (Independent) relating the above services, in this instance, Myticket Ghana will not be held liable to such services between Ticket Holders and Independent service providers.

RESELLING OF TICKET.
Please note that tickets sold on our site are not transferable since they contain peculiar and personal information. Tickets bought on our platform are not transferable and cannot be resold or offered for resale. A written permission of the Event Organiser in advance will be required for ticket give-away or reward for services such as competitions, contests, sweepstakes, promotions or give-away in relation with other products not excluding commercial purposes and advertisements or services such as a travel or hospitality packages. A breach to this clause may result in ticket being cancelled without refund and also the Ticket Holder may be ejected, removed or not allowed entry to the event, bus, flight or venue.

CANCELLATION/ REFUND POLICIES

CANCELLATION OF EVENT BY EVENT ORGANIZERS BUS, OR FLIGHT COMPANIES.
Refund is available to customers who have their events cancelled by event organizers and this could take up to 30 days through the same medium the order of the ticket was purchased, unless otherwise advised or notified by the customer due to expired cards or etc.

CANCELLED EVENT BY CUSTOMERS.
Customers are eligible for a refund if they notify us within 24 hours of their purchase. This request will be fulfilled within 1-30 days.
Ticket cancellation or refund request shall be handled by Myticket Ghana in conjunction with our event organizer bus, or flight companies’ prior the event, any cancellation order made or raised after 24 hours of purchase of ticket(s) will not be fulfilled.

RESCHEDULING OF EVENT (VENUE AND DATE).
Refund is available to customers when an event is rescheduled, Customers will be notified prior to the event date to inform them about the changes.
Tickets will automatically be valid for the new date, unless you opt for a refund within 24 hours of the new show,event,or travelling date announced. Emails will be sent to Ticket Holders notifying them of their options.
If you have tickets to a show,event,or travel, that is postponed, you will be able to select your refund option once the new date is announced, by emailing us at info@myticketghana.com
If 60 days has passed since a show was postponed and no rescheduled dates have been announced, the 30-day window for refunds will automatically open at that time.

WRONG PRICING
Refund of full amount or reconfirmation of tickets will be made available to Ticket Holders by event event organizer bus, or flight companies’ or Myticket Ghana if an event, sports or travel ticket is wrongly priced.

COST OF REFUNDS.
Please note that all refunds may be subject to deductible transactional or transfer charges.

REGULATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
The following regulations or restrictions will apply to you at an event and a breach of any of these may result to you being ejected, removed or access denied from the event venue, bus or flight.

BEHAVIORAL EXPECTATION
A standard behavior is expected from all Ticket Holders at any event, any Ticket Holder behaving in a manner that is unacceptable or dangerous in the opinion of a Ticket Holders, Event organiser, Bus or Flight company or its contractors, staff or assigned agents, will be refused entry, and or ejected or removed without a refund of ticket.

NUMBER OF ADMISIONS
Once your ticket is scanned and you are allowed entry, there will be no re-admissions after you exit the gates of the venue, please note that you will not be permitted to re-enter the venue. This will only be allowed if Ticket Holders notifies event organizers, however, Ticket Holders will have to be thoroughly searched before entry is allowed.

SEARCH – PERSONS/BAGS & PERSONAL BELONGINGS
In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all Ticket Holders and all patrons, Event organiser, Bus or Flight company or its contractors, staff or assigned agents reserve the right in their reasonable discretion to conduct security searches of persons, clothing, bags and all other items on entry and exit of a event venue, bus and/or flight to confiscate items which may cause danger or disruption to the Event.

SECURITY MEASURES
Ticket Holders may be ejected or removed from the event venue, bus and/or flight if, in the reasonable opinion of Event organiser, Bus or Flight company or its contractors, staff or assigned agents, the Ticket holder is a risk to the safety of any Ticket Holder(s) or may affect the enjoyment or safety of other Ticket Holders or the running of the Event/travel or may cause accident, damage, nuisance or injury. This may include declining to be searched or in breach of any of these ticketing terms and conditions, under the influence of illegal drugs, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances being drunk, intoxicated or under-age (where relevant), abusive, threatening, behaving anti-socially and etc.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
Ticket Holders are to note that the following items are not permitted to be brought into a venue, Event, bus, or Flight:

1.No animals apart from authorized guide/assistance dogs
2. Smoking is not permitted unless in designated areas
3. Any illegal drugs
4. Knives, Guns, and weapons of any nature or fireworks
5. Skateboards, scooters, roller blades or bicycles
6. Digital, electronic or other recording or broadcast device
7. Camping Chairs and tables
8. Cooler Boxes
9. Food and refreshments (including soft drinks and alcohol.).
10. Glass bottles or containers or other heavy and/or sharp objects, which could potentially be used as projectiles (excluding sunglasses, binoculars and prescription or reading glasses)
11. Any whistle, horn, musical instrument, loud hailer or public address system.
12. Any object that could be used to distract, hinder or interfere with any performer, including laser pointers and flashlights
13. Any item that you intend to distribute, hawk, sell, offer, expose for sale or display for marketing or promotional purposes
14. Professional cameras or video recorders
15. Umbrellas (unless there is an obvious threat of rain), in which case small umbrellas will be permitted but no golf or beach umbrellas
16. Any dangerous goods and any other items defined by management to be dangerous or capable of causing a public nuisance
17. The unauthorized use of photographic, video and/or sound recording equipment is prohibited

Please note that CCTV and film cameras may be present at the Venue. By purchasing tickets and attending the event, you consent to being filmed, photographed, videotaped, or otherwise recorded, and that your name, voice and likeliness may be broadcasted, displayed or distributed (commercial or otherwise) without any compensation being paid to you.

CHILDREN/ UNDER AGE/AGE RESTRICTIONS
All children attending an event or boarding a bus or flight must be in possession of a valid Ticket. Events or travels may be age-restricted and it is the responsibility of the Ticket Holder to check age restrictions to an event before purchasing a Ticket. In any case, unless indicated otherwise, a responsible adult must accompany children 16 years of age and under. Children under the age of 5 (five) will not be allowed to attend an event or travel alone.

ASSUMPTION OF RISKS
You voluntarily assume all risks and dangers that may occur during an event, travelling or etc, whether occurring before, during or after the event, and you waive any claims for loss, damage, personal injury or death against Event organiser, Bus or Flight company or its contractors, staff or assigned agents and the management of Myticket Ghana and any staff of Myticket Ghana, the performing artist(s), participants, and all of their respective parents, affiliated entities, agents, officers, directors, owners and employees on behalf of yourself and any minor accompanying you or for whom you purchased a Ticket.

Neither the Event organiser, Bus or Flight company or its contractors, staff or assigned agents or the management of Myticket Ghana will accept responsibility for damage to or loss of any personal property at an event.

LATECOMERS
Efforts will be made to admit latecomers at an appropriate break in the performance of the event. Entry will not be permitted if it will cause any form distraction to performances.

DISABLED PERSONS
If you are a disabled person, you are requested to inform the event organizer, its agents and contractors will use their reasonable endeavour to accommodate and assist you at the Event, subject to their capacity to do so.

EMERGENCIES
In case of emergency please follow instructions and directions from stewards, staff and/or other officials.

CHEERS/DANCE/JUBILATIONS
Please note that in seated areas, other members of the audience may stand up during the event either to cheer, dance, go to the wash room and etc.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
You bear the risk of inclement weather.

DISCLAIMER
To the fullest possible extent in law, we do not accept liability for and you will have no claim in respect of the following:
1. the quality of sound and lighting at the any event.
2. the quality of any services provided by Event organiser, Bus or Flight company or its contractors, staff or assigned agents at the event, office or venue.
3. the lack of or inadequacy of food and beverages provisioned by Event organiser, Bus or Flight company or its contractors, staff or assigned agents or independent service providers at any event or travel.
4. any errors relating to the location of your seat or standing place relative to the stage as indicated on the seating plan prepared for the Venue.
5. the quality of the view from your seat or standing place.
6.the lack of or inadequacy of parking at the Venue.
7.any problems relating to the adequacy of traffic control to and from the Venue.
8. Lose or damage to all personal belongings.

RELEVANT LICENSES.
The staging of all events is subject to obtaining the relevant licenses.

LOUD MUSIC/NOISES
Please note that loud music at an events can damage hearing.

EXPERIENCES
If you experience any problems at the event, please contact a steward or duty manager as it may not be
possible to resolve issues after the event.

MERCHANDISERS
Official merchandisers is/are only available from the event Organisers, Myticket Ghana or an authorized outlet within the venue. Please beware of unofficial traders.
When purchasing alcohol at a venue, if you appear to be under the age of 18 you may be asked for proof of age.

AGREEMENTS
You agree and acknowledge that neither Event organiser, Bus or Flight company or its contractors, staff or assigned agents nor Myticket Ghana or any of its staff have guaranteed or made any warranties or representations to you in relation to the accuracy of the location of your seat or standing place relative to the bus, flight or stage, as indicated on the seating plan prepared, the availability of parking at the venue and/or the adequacy of traffic control to or from the venue.

If any provision of these ticketing terms and conditions is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction that shall not affect the legality, validity or enforce-ability in that jurisdiction of any other provision of these ticketing terms; or the legality, validity or enforce-ability in any other jurisdiction of that or any other provision of these ticketing terms.

No indulgence which Event organiser, Bus or Flight company or its contractors, staff or assigned agents may grant to you the Ticket holder shall constitute a waiver of any of the rights of the Event organiser, Bus or Flight company or its contractors, staff or assigned agents, who shall not thereby be precluded from exercising any rights against the Ticket Holder which might have arisen in the past or which might arise in the future.

These Ticketing Terms and conditions constitute the whole agreement between the Ticket Holder and Event organisers, Bus or Flight companies etc., in respect of the subject matter hereof and no variation, addition or notation of this agreement shall be of any force or effect, unless reduced to writing and signed by the parties above or their authorized representatives.

These Ticketing Terms supersede all prior negotiations and previous agreements, understandings and arrangements, whether written or oral, between Ticket Holders and Event organisers, Bus or Flight companies or its contractors, staff or assigned agents.

GENERAL
These Ticketing Terms shall be governed by Laws of Ghana and be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghana.

WHAT WE WILL DO IF THERE IS AN UPDATE TO THIS POLICY.
From time to time we may change our privacy, terms and conditions policies or practices. We will also post an updated copy on our website. Please check our site periodically for updates.
