
EziQueue Is Finally Here
The much anticipated rebranding of Myticket Ghana is finally here. This rebranding process was necessary for us because we needed to reflect the true nature or scope of our business. Because from all perspective, Myticket Ghana was branded for event tickets only, meanwhile we had other business running in the background, i.e. providing third party queue management support for telecommunication giant MTN Ghana, Multichoice Africa, Enterprise Insurance Group and among others reasons we also wanted to break barriers from Ghana to the West Africa region and beyond. These reasons and more are the focal points why we rebranded from Myticket Ghana (Event Ticketing) to EziQueue (Queue Management and Event Ticketing solution) a more customer experience focused solution, providing excellent customer journey management, appointment booking and self services event ticketing, flight and bus ticketing solutions to individuals, SME’s and all sectors of business.
